Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in building or facilities maintenance.
• Strong plumbing experience preferred; plumbing license not required.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, manuals, and safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance throughout the community, including apartments and common areas.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and emergencies.
• Complete work orders with documentation of work performed and materials used.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
