Responsibilities include routine repairs, inspections, coordinating with vendors, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with building codes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent in maintenance or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and some general grounds maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential problems.
• Ensure compliance and safety and building codes.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of equipment and fixtures.
• Work with external vendors on getting appropriate bids for larger scale projects.
• Assist with ordering general supplies needed for the maintenance department.
