Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance across apartments and common areas.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical and building systems.
- Unclog drains, fix leaks, replace fixtures, and inspect water systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Document work performed and materials used; contribute to safety.
