Job summary

CNA HC is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under licensed supervision at our Bryn Mawr facility. You will support residents’ daily needs, help maintain a compassionate environment, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and dignity.

Applicants must hold a current CNA certification, be able to follow English protocols, and be willing to work across departments including skilled nursing and personal care. Beaumont benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Aide in good standing with the state.
• Maintain current certification throughout employment.
• Ability to read and follow written English protocols.
• Able to work in all areas including Skilled Nursing and Personal Care.
• Must adhere to safety and infection control policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Observe and practice safety according to facility policy.
• Explain and demonstrate fire and emergency procedures.
• Properly use and maintain facility equipment.
• Maintain residents’ rooms in neat, orderly condition and assist in activities.
