Job summary

Beaumont Retirement Services is seeking a CNA HC in Bryn Mawr, PA to provide direct resident care under supervision, while supporting a compassionate environment for residents. You will be cross-trained across Skilled Nursing and Personal Care, promote safety, and assist with activities and care planning.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Aide in good standing with the state.
• Maintain current certification throughout employment.
• Complete 12 hours of in-service education annually.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct resident care duties under supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
• Cross-train in all areas including Skilled Nursing and Personal Care.
• Observe and practice safety according to facility policy and procedure.
• Explain and demonstrate fire/emergency procedures.
• Assist in providing restorative and rehabilitative nursing.
