Job summary

CNA PC in Bryn Mawr, PA, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under supervision, across Skilled Nursing and Personal Care areas. You will assist with daily living activities, ensure safety and privacy, and support wellness and social engagement for residents on a daily basis.

The role requires good English, teamwork, and compassionate communication with residents, families, and the care team in a fast-paced senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Aide in good standing with the state.
• Current certification in the state throughout employment.
• 12 hours of in-service education annually as required by federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Cross-train in Skilled Nursing and Personal Care.
• Observe safety according to facility policy and procedure.
• Explain and demonstrate fire/emergency procedures.
• Maintain residents' rooms neat and orderly.
• Promote respectful, compassionate care and maintain privacy.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs promptly.
• Communicate effectively with care giving team and families.
