Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related experience preferred.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
• Able to read safety rules and write routine reports.
• Able to follow written or diagrammatic instructions; work in varying weather.
• Positive attitude and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Operates tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with team members.
• Identifies and reports broken equipment or uncertain conditions.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area meeting safety regulations.
• Performs preventative maintenance on machinery and building/grounds.
• Maintains a positive customer service attitude with residents.
