Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance and handyman work.
• Painting experience including prep and finish on various surfaces.

• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing manual tasks.
• Reliable transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities
