• Ensure supplies and equipment are maintained and operable.
• Report resident complaints to the Maintenance Director.
• Attend committee meetings and participate in community activities.
• Identify and correct problem areas as required.
• Conduct fire drills as required by Maintenance Director.
• Be on call for emergencies.
