Job summary

Mustang Creek Estates in Keller seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure a safe, appealing community and adherence to budget. You will handle diverse building systems, oversee life safety, and work with the Director of Maintenance to maintain census by preparing rooms for new residents and resolving issues promptly.

The role requires strong organizational skills, English communication, and a team-first attitude, with on-call availability including weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders as directed by the Director of Maintenance.
• Restore vacated rooms to make-ready status in a timely manner.
• Be available for on-call work, including weekends and nights.
• Coordinate with residents, families, staff, and executives on maintenance requests.
• Review Maintenance Logs and Daily Log for needs and requests.
• Touch up paint across the community.
• Maintain grounds and tidy dumpster areas.
• Perform maintenance tasks per the Maintenance Logs.
• Ensure Life Safety compliance across campuses.
• Maintain key control of the community.
