Mustang Creek Estates in Keller is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring our communities are safe attractive and operating within budget by attending to the communitys maintenance needs Maintenance Technician may accomplish these tasks by having a working knowledge of all building systems and related code requirements including fire protection and security structural HVAC electrical and plumbing The Director of Maintenance will also manage the preventative maintenance program at all campuses This position requires a team player with sound organizational skills who interacts positively with all team members in maintaining census by immediately preparing vacant rooms for new residents and by responding to and resolving customer complaints promptly

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
