Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders as directed by the Director of Maintenance.
• Restore vacated rooms to make-ready status in a timely manner.
• Be available for on-call availability, including weekends and nights.
• Reply to maintenance requests from residents, family members, and staff.
• Check Maintenance Logs and Daily Logs for requests and needs.
• Touch up paint throughout the community.
• Maintain the grounds and clean dumpster areas.
• Perform maintenance tasks per the Maintenance Logs.
• Ensure Life Safety compliance at all campuses.
• Maintain community key control.
