Job summary

The Village at Gleannloch Farms is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Plant Operations team. You will maintain residential apartments and public areas through routine and emergency repairs, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance. The role requires timely work orders, reliability, and good communication with residents and staff.

Starting at $17.00/hour with full-time hours. Benefits include training, paid time off, and access to DailyPay.

Qualifications

• Must possess a working knowledge of residential building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, flooring and appliances.
• Must have knowledge of HVAC.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas including electrical, plumbing, light fixtures, doors and locks.
• Assists with HVAC troubleshooting and simple repairs.
• Responds to emergency calls for system or equipment failures.
• Completes work orders with detailed task and equipment information.
