Job summary
Westminster Village North is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for the community’s buildings and grounds and to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and related systems. You will support daily operations, document repairs, and ensure spaces are safe and welcoming for residents.
The role is full-time, weekdays, with benefits and opportunities for professional growth within a compassionate senior living community.
Qualifications
- Required: high school diploma or GED and/or 2 years vocational trade experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of building operating systems and facilities or apprenticeship.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Preferred: HVAC or higher certification
Responsibilities
- Maintains the community’s buildings and grounds in good condition throughout the year.
- Completes work orders, documents resolutions, and closes orders promptly.
- Performs installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, electronics, carpentry, security, and related systems.
