Astoria in Omaha, NE, part of Agemark Senior Living, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Worker who keeps our community safe, comfortable, and welcoming for residents, families, and staff.

You'll handle daily maintenance requests, repairs, and tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and boilers, plus prep rooms for move-ins. A friendly problem-solver who works well with seniors is ideal, with weekend/evening flexibility.

Qualifications

• Maintenance or repair experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related fields.
• Problem-solver who enjoys variety in their day.
• Friendly, approachable, and able to interact with seniors and staff.
• Flexibility to assist with occasional weekend or evening needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily maintenance requests, repairs, and assist with emergencies.
• Work with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boilers, and related systems.
• Prepare rooms for move-ins and support new residents.
• Assist with inspections, coordinate with contractors, and follow safety codes.
• Provide a friendly presence and help residents with outings and appointments.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols with a positive attitude.
