Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, and perform physical work throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the community.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other building systems.
• Prepare apartments and resident rooms for new move-ins.
• Complete work orders promptly while maintaining a safe, clean environment.
• Assist with building inspections, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain outdoor areas, equipment, and community grounds as needed.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies with professionalism and urgency.
