Sandhill Cove, a premier senior living community in Palm City, FL, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our campus safe and functional. You'll perform carpentry, painting, plumbing and basic electrical work, using a CMMS, and support the clinical and culinary teams through reliable maintenance.

The role requires a valid Florida driver’s license, fluency in English, and a Monday–Friday schedule 8:00–4:30 with on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, painting, plumbing and basic electrical/HVAC tasks.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; valid Florida driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Perform repairs including carpentry, painting, plumbing and basic electrical HVAC work.
• Use computerized maintenance management systems.
• Understand maintenance requirements in a licensed nursing home setting.
• Coordinate with kitchen operations for sanitation and maintenance needs.
