Sandhill Cove, a premier senior living community in Palm City, FL, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our campus safe and functional. You'll perform carpentry, painting, plumbing and basic electrical work, using a CMMS, and support the clinical and culinary teams through reliable maintenance.

The role requires a valid Florida driver’s license, fluency in English, and a Monday–Friday schedule 8:00–4:30 with on-call rotations.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to read, write and speak English; valid Florida driver’s license.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing repairs involving, but not limited to, carpentry, painting, plumbing and basic electrical HVAC work.
• Experience using computerized maintenance management systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance practices appropriate for a licensed nursing home setting.
• Understanding of maintenance requirements in commercial food service environments, including sanitation and coordination with kitchen operations.

Qualifications - External Prefer vocational or technical education or related experience. Must have a valid Florida Driver's license. Must have the ability to read, write and speak English.

FT/40 - Monday to Friday 8:00 - 4:30 pm; on call rotations, evenings, weekends or holidays as required.

Pay rate starting at $21/hr and up based on experience
