This on-site maintenance position keeps our waterfront campus safe and well-maintained, with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call rotations as needed. Qualifications

• Must have a valid Florida Driver's license.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• External prefer vocational or technical education or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and basic electrical HVAC work.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems.
• Understand maintenance practices for a licensed nursing home setting.
• Coordinate with kitchen operations on sanitation and maintenance requirements.
