Qualifications
- Maintenance, housekeeping or janitorial experience required.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with people.
- Ability to stay busy with a variety of tasks within a community setting.
- Be the go-to person for fixing issues as they arise.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance repairs such as fixing faucets and light fixtures.
- Respond to maintenance requests from residents and associates.
- Clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents.
- Ensure proper storage of maintenance supplies.
- Monitor community and grounds to ensure proper and safe maintenance.
- Help team members set up activities and events at the community.
