Job summary

The Country Club of La Cholla is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the safety and appearance of our community. You will handle maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems, while supporting resident satisfaction and safety.

You will respond to service requests, work with outside contractors, maintain records, and contribute to a clean, well-kept environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical or HVAC.
• Ability to push loaded carts and operate cleaning equipment.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating and cooling systems, and structural facilities.
• Respond to resident and management service requests promptly and repair or replace interior fixtures as needed.
• Monitor outside contractors for quality and compliance with contracts and warranties.
• Maintain records including equipment serial numbers and service logs.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment; manage inventory of tools and supplies.
• Support in apartment turnover tasks and assist in community operations as required.
