Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance of buildings, apartments, and common areas.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical systems and community equipment.
• Maintain records of maintenance, work orders, inspections, and inventory.
• Ensure all systems operate safely and in compliance with codes.
• Assist with snow removal, landscaping, and seasonal maintenance tasks.
• Support emergency response efforts (power outages, leaks, fire safety checks).
• Collaborate with housekeeping, nursing, and administrative staff.
• Report safety hazards or major maintenance concerns promptly.
• Operate machinery and Fleet vehicles per policies.
