Job summary

Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support the corporate office, Freedom Village, and other Hillcrest communities. You will perform general maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and related tasks, troubleshoot repairs, manage work orders, and keep facilities safe, clean, and operational for residents, staff, and visitors.

• Hands-on maintenance across multiple trades in a facilities setting.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and work orders.
• Experience in healthcare or senior living is helpful.

Responsibilities
