Qualifications

• Previous experience in electrical, HVAC, or property maintenance.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle for service calls.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Regularly walk residence and grounds to check equipment and safety.
• Complete and document work orders for building, grounds, and equipment.
• Report parts or supplies needs to Maintenance Director.
• Assist with inventory, preventative maintenance, warranties, inspections, and vendor oversight.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
