• Test emergency generator weekly and monthly per regulations.
• Maintain building in good repair and safe condition; ensure compliance with codes.
• Perform monthly maintenance checks on buildings, grounds, and facilities.
• Coordinate maintenance work with other departments.
• Remain on-call for facility emergencies.
• Maintain records and schedules for daily, weekly, monthly, and annual preventive maintenance.
