Job summary

Legend Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our residence safe, clean, and well‑maintained. You will inspect, repair, and service electrical systems, HVAC, and building infrastructure to support a high quality living environment for residents.

You will document work, prioritize tasks with the Maintenance Director, and coordinate with vendors when necessary. Evening or weekend work may be required based on needs and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a related trade or maintenance role.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle as part of service duties.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair equipment, systems, and grounds to keep the residence safe and attractive.
• Complete and document work orders for building, grounds, and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Director and outside vendors as needed to finish repairs.
• Maintain safety and compliance with company policies and guidelines.
