Sagora Senior Living is hiring a Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Director in keeping our Mobile community safe and well‑maintained.

You will perform routine work orders, assist with grounds, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and light carpentry, and help maintain preventative maintenance records. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and high standards for resident comfort and quality of life.

Qualifications

• 6 months of work experience in residential maintenance.
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders as requested by the Maintenance Director (light bulbs, filters, painting, plumbing).
• Assist with maintenance of grounds, fences, parking areas, and facilities.
• Support maintenance of equipment, tools, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain preventative maintenance records and use the work order system to track repairs.
