In this role, you’ll perform routine upkeep, respond to work orders, and help maintain a welcoming, well-maintained environment across our communities.

Requirements include at least 2 years of maintenance experience in a commercial setting, ability to work weekends and holidays, and strong communication and organizational skills.

• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Some experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing is needed.
