• Two years’ experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and complete work orders.
• Excellent communication skills and strong organization.
• Reliable transportation is required.

• Perform maintenance tasks to support resident living areas and common spaces.
• Tackle and complete work orders in a timely manner.
