Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of maintenance related experience preferred.
• Ability to read specifications, plans, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Replace float units in toilets and washers, unclog drains, and remove sink traps.
• Replace and clean air filters in HVAC units, washers, dryers, extractors, and related systems.
• Repair windows, doors, hinges, handles, and locks.
• Paint walls, ceilings, doors, and fixtures; maintain workshop and tool area.
• Fulfill job orders, purchase orders, and work orders; replace ceiling tiles.
