Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living is hiring an Activities Assistant for Lone Tree, CO. This part-time, on-site role supports life enrichment for independent living, assisted living, and memory care residents.

The schedule includes Fridays from 8:45am to 4:45pm, with a possibility of an extra day. The Activities Assistant will help develop activity programs, lead group and individual activities, and coordinate with Life Enrichment staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to organize activities and calendars for residents.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing resident activity programs for different living areas.
• Facilitate group activities and 1-1 visits with residents.
• Coordinate activities with other departments and schedule.
• Prepare monthly activity calendars reflecting resident interests.
