MorningStar Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/Floor Tech for our Lone Tree community. You will maintain clean, safe, and welcoming living spaces for residents, following established housekeeping procedures and infection control practices. The role emphasizes compassionate service and pride in keeping a spotless home for our residents.

Full-time, non-exempt position with a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits. Schedule: Monday - Friday.

Qualifications

• One year healthcare facility experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; follow instructions; work harmoniously with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping tasks per daily assignments and procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive resident areas.
• Follow infection control and safety practices.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, windows, floors, and surfaces daily.
• Report hazards or broken equipment to supervisor.
• Maintain supplies inventory and store equipment properly.
