Qualifications

• Two-year maintenance experience.
• Ability to be on call if needed.
• General understanding of systems including plumbing, electrical, mechanical and code compliance.
• OSHA, fire prevention, life and safety regulations.
• Ability to respond to emergency calls outside scheduled hours.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties around community grounds as assigned.
• Complete service requests for repair and maintenance of grounds, buildings, equipment and vehicles.
• Includes plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, painting and make-ready rooms.
