Job summary

TerraBella Knightdale is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance and housekeeping duties within our community. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of maintenance experience and must be able to handle multiple priorities while ensuring community grounds are well-maintained.

This role includes performing tasks such as basic plumbing, electrical repairs, and refurbishing projects. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes competitive pay, medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• One-year maintenance experience required.
• Ability to be on call if needed.
• General understanding of plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, and code compliance.
• Knowledge of OSHA, fire prevention, and life safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties around the community.
• Complete service requests for repair and maintenance timely and efficiently.
• Carry out various maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical repairs, and refurbishing rooms.
