Qualifications

• One-year maintenance experience.
• Ability to be on call if needed.
• General understanding of plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems.
• Understanding of OSHA and fire prevention regulations.
• Ability to respond to emergency calls outside of scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties in and around the community.
• Complete service requests for repair and maintenance efficiently.
• Fix wall and floor coverings, repair furniture and fixtures.
