TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our community at TerraBella Windsor Lake, located in Columbia, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will perform essential maintenance and housekeeping duties throughout the community and handle repair requests for various systems and structures.

Qualifications

• One-year maintenance experience.
• Ability to respond to emergency calls outside of scheduled work hours.
• General understanding of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties in and around the community.
• Complete service requests for repair and maintenance of grounds and buildings.
• Fix wall and floor coverings, repair appliances, perform minor electrical repairs.
