Responsibilities

• Maintain plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems across the community.
• Perform general equipment repair and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure life safety systems comply with applicable codes.
• Maintain building interiors, exteriors, and grounds.
• Respond promptly and document all resident and staff work orders.
• Collaborate with care staff, dining, activities, and leadership to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
