Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in a related field.
• Strong preference for candidates with long-term care or healthcare industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems throughout the community.
• Perform life safety systems maintenance and ensure code compliance.
• Repair general equipment and conduct preventive maintenance.
• Respond to staff work orders in a timely, well-documented manner.
