Job summary

Touchmark at Mount Bachelor Village in Bend, OR is seeking a full-time Building Maintenance Technician to join our Building Services team. Starting pay is $24.71-$28.87 hourly with full benefits and PTO.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, painting/maintenance experience, wall prep knowledge, and a valid driver's license. English proficiency and safe work practices are required to serve residents and staff respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks across trades including flooring, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting and electrical work.
• Read and follow written and oral instructions and communicate maintenance and safety practices to residents and staff.
• Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor with residents, family members and colleagues.
