Job summary

RHF (Retirement Housing Foundation) is seeking a Property Maintenance Professional in Baldwin Park, CA. In this role, you will maintain the condition of a 54-unit community, ensuring all physical aspects are kept in top shape.

Your duties will include preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, and responding to work orders effectively while providing excellent customer service. A minimum of 2 years' maintenance experience is required, along with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in the maintenance field.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
• Must frequently lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the interior and exterior appearance of buildings.
• Complete unit turnovers within 3 days of move-out.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
