Job summary

Blue Skies of Texas Senior Living Community is seeking a Maintenance Tech IV to oversee preventive maintenance, respond to service requests, and perform repairs on HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and appliances across apartments, cottages, healthcare centers, and common areas.

Eligible candidates will have EPA refrigerant certification, at least five years in maintenance, and a valid Texas driver’s license.

Qualifications

• EPA certification to handle refrigerants.
• Minimum five years of maintenance/repair experience.
• Texas driver’s license in good standing and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage work orders for safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls promptly.
• Perform electrical and plumbing repairs as assigned.
• Repair and maintain HVAC systems, chill water operations, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace appliances and kitchen equipment.
• Keep tools, shop, and work areas clean and organized.
