The Lakes at Litchfield is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform repairs on equipment, buildings, and grounds and to assist in the campus PM programs. The role includes restoring vacant units, maintaining pools, and coordinating with vendors and the corporate office as needed.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and some technical training in mechanics, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, or HVAC.

Formación

High school diploma or GED required.
Technical training in mechanics/electrical/plumbing/HVAC desired.
Mechanical or maintenance experience required.
Two years painting/housing refurbishment experience desired.
Two years in a similar maintenance role preferred.

Responsabilidades

Performs maintenance repairs on equipment, buildings and grounds as needed.
Restores vacant units to nearly new condition including painting, fixtures and fixtures replacement.
Supports preventive maintenance programs (PM) on elevators, HVAC, appliances and safety systems.
Interacts with vendors and contractors to coordinate repairs and deliveries.
Operates and maintains pools and related equipment as required.
Maintains safety and confidentiality of resident and personnel information.
