The Lakes at Litchfield, a premier senior living community, is hiring a Full-time Floor Technician/Janitor. You will help maintain clean, safe flooring across the campus and support maintenance tasks under supervision.

Open Interviews are hosted every Tuesday from 11a-2p, with potential for growth and teamwork in a compassionate environment. We value reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Janitorial or maintenance experience required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Represents the campus in a positive manner and promotes safety and wellbeing.
• Cleans and sanitizes all flooring and repairs damaged flooring as needed.
• Maintains and services janitorial equipment and supplies.
