Bridge Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Tech to sustain a welcoming environment residents are proud to call home. You will perform maintenance on HVAC systems, elevators, fire sprinkler equipment, generators, and kitchen appliances, while supporting landscape and safety systems to uphold community standards.

The role requires a High school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of relevant experience; HVAC and CPR certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance on HVAC unit, elevators, fire and sprinkler equipment, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord equipment
• Perform general and preventive maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned
• Respond promptly to resident's maintenance requests
• Ensure vacant units are ready for move-in according to community standards
