Job summary

Hillcrest Health Services in Omaha is seeking a Maintenance Tech for our Senior Care Communities in the Omaha Metro. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, resident care setup, and timely repair work across facilities.

Starting pay is $19.00+ per hour, based on experience, with a suite of benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and gym membership assistance.

Qualifications

• One year of experience performing building maintenance.
• HVAC system knowledge is highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all preventative maintenance is completed daily.
• Assist departments with Move-ins/setting up equipment for resident care.
• Perform building repairs (drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting).
• Document completed work.
• Respond to and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Available for on-call as needed or scheduled.
