Job summary

Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking a Maintenance Tech for our Senior Care Communities in the Omaha Metro. The position starts at $19.00+ per hour, depending on experience, with multiple health plans and benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of experience performing building maintenance.
• HVAC system knowledge is highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all preventative maintenance is completed daily.
• Assisting departments with Move-ins/setting up equipment needed for resident care.
• Performing building repairs such as but not limited to drywall repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting.
• Documenting completed work.
• Responding to and completing work orders in a timely manner.
• Available for on-call as needed and/or scheduled.
