Job summary

Trinity Terrace in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to keep buildings, equipment, and spaces safe and welcoming for residents and staff. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to requests, and work on-call weekends as needed.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $18.00–$24.00, DOE, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in building maintenance or related field.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders and maintenance equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and maintain high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests, work orders, and emergency service calls with good customer service.

Trinity Terrace is a premier senior living community dedicated to providing exceptional service, comfort, and care for residents. We are seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain our buildings, equipment, and community spaces while ensuring a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and minor improvements throughout the community, including resident apartments and common areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building systems and equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, work orders, and emergency service calls while providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Support community safety efforts by following established procedures and assisting during emergency situations as needed.

Schedule: Monday - Friday - Position will require being on call on weekends and after hours.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, DOE

About You

• Minimum of one year of experience in building maintenance, construction, facilities, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building maintenance systems.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain high-quality workmanship.
