Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities and maintenance personnel.
• Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Complete resident move-in make-readies and room turns.
• Paint interiors/exteriors and perform drywall repairs.
• Install, repair flooring, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot HVAC and PTAC units; perform routine PM.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintain maintenance records.
• Participate in on-call and emergency maintenance rotation.
• Maintain inventory and prepare maintenance documentation.
