Job summary

Vintage Crest in Moorpark, CA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our 190‑unit senior community. The role reports to the Community Manager, is non‑exempt with a Monday–Friday schedule, and requires occasional overtime or on‑call maintenance. Salary ranges from $30–$32 per hour.

The Maintenance Supervisor will manage maintenance operations, ensure safety and compliance, oversee a maintenance team, and handle work orders and inspections to protect residents and property value.

Qualifications

• At least two years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment communities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall maintenance of the community and timely completion of work orders.
• Supervise and train maintenance team; ensure curb appeal and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Community Manager; supervise third‑party vendors as needed.
