Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Vintage at Snowberry Senior Apartments in Riverside, CA. The role reports to the Community Manager and requires on-site work Monday through Friday, with overtime occasional emergencies.

A competitive hourly salary is offered. Live-in one-bedroom unit is provided; the supervisor will lead maintenance staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with vendors to maintain property value and resident

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance experience required
• MS Word and MS Excel proficiency
• Valid driver's license required
• Supervisory experience in maintenance preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages overall maintenance of the community and completes work orders
• Supervises and trains maintenance staff and ensures curb appeal
• Ensures major repairs are reported to the Community Manager
• Maintains safety standards and complies with applicable laws and EPA/OSHA regulations
• Schedules and conducts periodic maintenance walks and inspections
• Coordinates with third-party vendors per direction of Community Manager
